Following a fire outbreak at Rumukwucha community, Rivers State, a woman identified as Iya Samson experienced madness, spotted half naked after losing four of her children in the kerosene explosion. This incident occurred on Friday night when she poured a polluted kerosene into her cooking stove which later cause a fire out break that killed four of her children.
