INEC( lndependent Electoral Commission )disclosed that Kwara state will not make use of card readers for their oncoming elections in November. Dr AbdukRahman Ajidagba, the INEC chairman said this on Friday in Ilorin in a meeting which consist of 30 representatives of each registered political parties.
