A 42-year-old man,called Obinna Okeje was dragged to Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court,Lagos on Tuesday for alleged raping a 12-year-old girl. The suspect who reside at Oyetola Street, Anifowoshe, Ikeja took advantage of his neighbour’s daughter in his apartment.
