A five-man Supreme Court panel on Wednesday(today) anulled the judgement of the appeal court that validated former Borno State governor Ali Modu Sheriff as the national chairman of Nigeria's main opposition party, The People's Democratic Party. The judgement which was read by Justice Bode Rhodes-Vivour reinstated former Kaduna State governor Ahmed Makearfi as the leader of the party.
